We kept one rule when we opened: nobody gets rushed. Appointments are booked with real time in them, so your stylist can look properly, ask properly, and work at the pace the hair or the skin needs.

For a first colour visit, a change of more than two levels, or any correction work - yes, and it is free. It takes fifteen minutes, and it is the difference between a plan and a gamble. Book it on its own or ask us to add it to your appointment.
Two weeks for cuts and skin, three to four weeks for colour, lashes and nails, and as early as you can for weddings - most Saturdays in June are taken by January.
Twenty-four hours notice, no charge, no hard feelings. Inside twenty-four hours we ask for fifty percent of the booked service, because that chair was held for you. Emergencies are always handled like emergencies.
Always, for tint, lash adhesive and lamination - forty-eight hours before your appointment, and it takes two minutes. If you have not had one with us in the last six months, we will book you in for one.
Usually, and honestly. Correction is charged by time and product, so we quote it after seeing your hair in person. Sometimes the right answer is three sessions rather than one - we will tell you plainly which it is.
The back lot is ours from 8am, and street parking on Rosewood is free after 5pm. There is a step-free entrance on the north side of the building.
When we can. Fringe trims, gel removals and brow shapes often fit in the same day - call ahead and we will tell you honestly whether there is room.
